With a B.A. in Business Administration, Danielle held several positions in hotel sales management. Associated with VDM since 1989, she contributes a global vision of the industry, her keen attention to detail and her creative approach in order to offer top quality, innovative products to her clients.
Following completion of her studies in business administration and after many years as Sales Director – Tour Market , Christiane joined Visites de Montréal DMC in 1985. She has been responsible for tours related to very large events, welcoming up to 30,000 participants. Always on the look-out for new trends, Christiane has developed with her partners, a variety of activities such as culinary and special interest tours.
Ronald is a project manager for VDM since 1998 and a professional guide. His versatility has led him to act as a coordinator and supervisor during large events and to be involved in many projects aimed at developing new markets for VDM. One of them has made him the “Food Guru” for the culinary market in Montreal as he has greatly contributed to its development during the past five years. Ronald holds a professional guide diploma and is a member of the Professional Tourist Guide Association (APGT).
After following studies in communications, Eve went into Concierge services . A graduate of the International Concierge Institute (ICI), she developed her expertise as a concierge and meeting planner for different hotels and agencies and became a member of the Golden Keys Association.
As Account Manager for the Tour market since 2002 at VDM, Eve is a key player thanks to her organization skills, her efficiency and her courteous manner with a demanding and diverse clientele.
