Our classes are the perfect combination of a focused "yoga workout" infused with the qualities of presence, awareness, compassion and respect. Group Classes

Hatha: The practice emphasizes stillness, presence and breath, postures (asanas) are held for longer periods of time and students can expect more detailed instruction and demonstration.

Hatha Flow: A more rhythmic practice, flowing sequences of poses are strung together, with longer holds and detailed instruction interspersed throughout.

Flow: This is a very rhythmic, flowing or "vinyasa" style class. Alignment is always important and will be outlined, but these classes are intentionally dynamic and cardio-vascular in nature.

Power: An intense workout based on traditional yoga postures. Participants will enjoy a challenging workout while practicing a continuous flow of postures. This allows for a cardio-vascular workout and creates internal heat while developing strength, flexibility and concentration.

Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga gives us the opportunity to let stress melt away, release chronic pain, and boost our immune systems. Through gentle yoga postures held for long periods, students will revitalize their entire system with the help of cushions, blankets, and other comfortable supports.

Class Levels

Level 1- Open to all while particularly suited to beginners. The foundations of yoga are presented in a gentle, clear and supportive way.

Level 2- In addition to refining and deepening the basic poses, in these classes students will also learn, practice and explore more challenging postures.

All Levels - Suitable to yoga students of all levels. Variations to the postures are provided as well as opportunities to explore and go deeper.

Private Classes, Semi-private Classes and Yogatherapy (by reservation)

Private Classes: Private yoga is perfect for new students who are discovering yoga and for more experienced students who would like to refine their practice. Students can benefit from the teacher's focused attention, exploring postures and different aspects of their practice in much greater depth.

Semi-Private Classes: Reserve with a group of friends (two people or more), choose your own class schedule and enjoy a personalized approach adapted to your needs.

Yogatherapy: Yogatherapy offers an individualized approach, specific to your needs. It offers different techniques adapted to your specific physical and mental condition. It is excellent in the treatment of a wide variety of common ailments, such as headaches, insomnia, poor digestion etc..
