Brothers Mauro and Fabio Petraccone will greet you with a delicious daily menu of traditional Italian dishes featuring pasta freshly made on location every day.
This year Pasta Casareccia invites you to join us in a year of festivities as we celebrate our 25th anniversary. We have many special events planned including an evening concert and street celebration as we take over the segment of Draper avenue and turn it into a giant terrasse with stage and street entertainment. Pasta Casareccia is Italian for 'homemade pasta', what originally started out as making our own pasta, has grown into a distribution to many restaurants in the greater metropolitan area and availability of over 50 different kinds of pasta in our Gourmet boutiquefor you to cook at home.
All of our freshly made pasta is made with 100% durum semolina and we only choose the best ingredients for our stuffed pastas. In season you must sample some of our special kinds of pastas, like the Agnolotti di Zucca, large raviolis stuffed with pumpkin and almonds.
When purchasing fresh pasta from our boutique make sure you also include one of our homemade sauces, made fresh daily.

our menu is reminiscent of traditional italian cuisine as was served by our family in the hills of the Marche region where our native village is located.
