Or you can have a guided tour of the fieldstone sugar shack and bakery and learn more about the history of the maple industry in Québec, which produces some 75% of the world’s maple syrup. The old time sugar feast is an-all-you-can-eat family style meal where entertainment is provided by folksingers that encourage their audience to sing and dance alongside them!
