The Greater Montreal Real Estate Board was established in 1954 and is a non profit organization bringing together the majority of real estate brokers and agents in the Montreal area. This establishment services over 9,000 members and is the second largest real estate board in all of Canada. This Board is dedicated to promote and protect its clients from any real estate dangers that could occur in the real estate market. It wants all its clients to be as satisfied as possible when purchasing or selling their home.
