The YMCA is one of the best equipped downtown fitness clubs. Included in the facilities are a pool, seven squash courts and two racquetball courts. The entire building has been renovated with now new rooms like the padded combat room for boxing and wrestling. There is also a weight room, sauna, and a cardiovascular room. There are many different payment possibilities for visitors and residents. Make sure to call ahead for availability of day passes.
